SINCE 2004.
Vertco Ltd is a UK manufacturer of custom rubber hoses and related engineered components. Since 2004, we have worked with OEMs and industrial customers to develop solutions for demanding applications, from early-stage prototypes and service parts through to ongoing production supply.

Our role goes beyond manufacturing to the drawing stage. We work with customers to understand how a component needs to perform, how it fits within the wider assembly and what practical manufacturing route will deliver the right result.
Our team has more than 100 years of combined experience in industrial hose manufacturing, with detailed knowledge of hose design, compounds, tooling and production. We can work from an initial sketch, an existing specification or a 3D CAD file, supporting the project from concept through to fit, function and production.
Customers deal directly with people who understand the product and the application. We regularly work alongside design engineers, procurement teams, production departments and quality teams to resolve technical issues and keep projects moving.

REVIEW
We review the technical requirements, material specifications, and any design or routing constraints before agreeing on the most suitable approach.

DEVELOP AND TEST
Where development is required, our engineers can produce tooling in-house, manufacture a prototype for fit and function, and carry out pressure or vacuum testing at our UK facility.

SUPPLY
Once the product is approved, we can support service quantities, repeat orders or scheduled production requirements.

REQUIREMENTS.
Vertco specialises in requirements that standard hose manufacture doesn’t always meet. These can include restricted routing space, large or changing bore sizes, multi-leg configurations, integrated sensor or connector hardware, high-vacuum applications and projects where time to prototype is critical.
Our patented fibre-reinforced extrusion process gives us additional flexibility in developing complex hose shapes and one-piece constructions, helping reduce unnecessary joints and potential leak paths within an assembly.
QUALITY, DEVELOPMENT & LONG-TERM SUPPLY.
Vertco operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and supports product development with in-house pressure and vacuum testing.
Over the years, we have developed specialist hose solutions for OAT coolant, AdBlue, electric-vehicle battery-pack cooling and hydrogen fuel-cell applications. We also maintain long-standing supply relationships with leading manufacturers across construction, agriculture, mining, power generation, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle and industrial-engine markets.

We are large enough to provide established manufacturing capability, but small enough to respond quickly and work closely with the people responsible for the project.
