Our team brings more than 100 years of combined hose-manufacturing experience and can work from sketches, drawings, and 3D CAD files, supporting design engineers, procurement, production, and quality teams throughout the project.

Vertco supplies engineered hose solutions for applications where durability, fit, reliability and continuity of supply matter. Our experience spans construction, agriculture, mining, power generation, marine, automotive and rail, as well as industrial engines and commercial vehicles.
We also support developing technologies, including lightweight cooling solutions for electric-vehicle battery packs and hoses for hydrogen fuel-cell applications.
MATERIALS
EXPERTISE.
Material choice is critical to performance. We work with EPDM, nitrile, chloroprene, HNBR, silicone, fluorosilicone and other specialist materials, including compounds developed for OAT coolant and AdBlue applications. Our technical team can advise on material selection based on the application, operating environment, and required performance, rather than simply reproducing a specification that may not be right for the job.
UK MANUFACTURING.
IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY.
Keeping key stages under our control helps Vertco move quickly from requirement to working product. Our UK capability includes in-house tooling, rapid prototyping, pressure and vacuum testing, specialist compound expertise and production manufacture.
Our patented fibre-reinforced extrusion process also enables technically demanding hose geometries, including highly flexible designs, significant changes in bore size and one-piece branched hoses that can reduce joints, clips and potential leak paths.
