Vertco supplies bespoke hoses and engineered rubber solutions for construction and off-highway equipment operating in demanding environments. From wheel loaders, excavators and backhoe loaders to telehandlers, forklifts and skid-steer machinery, our components are designed to the machine’s space, routing and performance requirements rather than forcing a standard part into the application.
Hose systems built around the machine.
Applications include radiator and cooling hoses, air induction and turbo intercooler systems, fuel-fill and AdBlue hoses, oil suction lines, mouldings, seals and integrated assemblies. In tight packaging, Vertco can produce complex internal profiles, including oval, square and triangular forms, to make better use of the available space. Homogeneous branched hoses can also replace multi-part assemblies, reducing joints, clips and potential leak paths.
From prototype to urgent replacement.
Vertco works from customer CAD, drawings and specifications, supporting OEM production, prototyping, spares and VOR requirements. We can assist with hose routing, material selection and design issues, including lower-volume requirements that may not suit high-MOQ supply chains. Products are engineered to withstand heat, cold, dust, dirt, oil contamination, abrasion and intensive duty cycles, with customer-specific standards, in-house testing and quality controls integral to the supply process.
